Adam Ball has exhibited in galleries worldwide, winning accolades including the ICA Becks Futures Prize for Film and Video. His work is hanging in many international collections, including the Goss-Michael Foundation. Since the exhibition of The Tree, a 32-foot high painting in London�s Golden Square, he has had several solo exhibitions, including When we were Young, at Galerie Schuster, Frankfurt, Dirty Pattern at Paul Kasmin Gallery, New York, and Graffiti Love at the Goss Gallery, Dallas, USA. He recently exhibited in London at Frieze Art Fair, Regent�s Park, Year 07, County Hall and the Jerwood Drawing Prize, Jerwood Space. He has featured in magazines and newspapers such as The Daily Telegraph, The Independent, The Guardian, The Times Magazine, Elle D�cor, Art Review and Modern Painters.

1976. A very important year. Born in new Hyde Park, on a very Long Island that was never really long enough in New York State. Family life was colorful and dysfunctional on a level that is individually painful but unfortunately common to many. There was happiness as well. Let’s not forget. College began miles away in 1995. Buffalo. All of life�s mundane procedures were in the studio. Left it now and then, but mostly inside and produced. Produced and worked. Severe sickness was an unintentional result. Intervention. Exhibits followed, chronologically in time, the only order in life. 1996, works enter private collections. 1997. 1998. Galleries. Art Days. A graduation with a fractured family. Awards. New York City, 1999. Permanent residence. Public showings in Queens, Manhattan. Living and trying to live. Money is an issue. Sell. Paint. Sell. Live.

Intelligence, passion and truth. The following oil paintings have been created with these elements. The arrangement of colors, forms and movements on the canvas seek the highest quality of beauty and the purest interpretation of life. Melissa C. Mintz, artist, produces work that demonstrates her individual style, yet at the same moment, embraces all diversity.
