Biografia:

Marco Milia � nato a Roma nel 1976.
Si � diplomato all�Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, alla cattedra di scultura. Insegna discipline plastiche presso il I liceo artistico statale di Roma. Nel 2004 una sua opera �Walking� � stata installata nel percorso del Parco Museo Reggia di Umbertide (PG).La sua ricerca attualmente � rivolta all�analisi del contesto urbano, alla rappresentazione delle citt�, secondo una lettura caratterizzata dall�equilibrio e dallo studio dei volumi architettonici Ha esposto in Italia e in Europa, vive e lavora a Roma.

Curriculum:
2007-entra a far parte della collezione permanente del Museo degli Argenti presso Palazzo Pitti Firenze nelle nuove sale espositive dedicate al gioiello contemporaneo.
2005-insegna discipline plastiche presso il I�liceo Artistico Statale di Roma.
2004-abilitazione all�insegnamento discipline plastiche conseguito presso
l�Universit� degli studi Statale di Milano.
1999-diploma Accademia di Belle Arti sez. scultura conseguito presso l�Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma .
1995/2002 � assistente presso lo studio Prof. Bruno Liberatore (scultore).
1994-diploma di liceo artistico sez.architettura conseguito presso I�liceo artistico statale di Roma .

In den kinetischen Objekten B. Franks: dem WindZug und Wasserkettenturm als k�nstlerische Parallelen zu industriellen Kraftmaschinen, wird nicht nur die konsequente Auseinandersetzung mit Naturkr�ften greifbar, in der Entwicklung seiner geschlossenen Systeme - nicht allein �berzeugend technisches Know How, vielmehr im Rahmen sich neigender Energieressourcen - auch zeitkritisches Bewusstsein und Erfindungsreichtum als bislang kaum genutztes k�nstlerisches Potential.

Kelly Warman’s formation as an artist has been related to a larger understanding of a culture that evolves around self-performance and self-profiling, and an economy that evolves around immaterial commodities and information. Warman’s work attempts to investigate closely the idea of the commodity-person, through looking at questionable utopias, forms of contemporary re-enactment and cinematic or theatrical platforms of representation. Her work crosses several mediums including video, performance and installation.

She has shown her work at: Lothringer13/Laden, Munich (2007) Play Gallery, Berlin (2007), South London Gallery, London (2007), Room 103, Auckland (2007), Boijmans van Beunigen Museum, Rotterdam (2006), TENT. Center for Contemporary Art, Rotterdam (2006), Kunst Salon, Berlin (2006), Florence Arts Trust Gallery, London (2004), Catalyst Arts, Belfast (2001). Recent publications include OMSK Book (2007), Black Friday: Exercises in Hermetics (2006) and Berlin Kunst Salon Catalogue (2006).
