I was born in 1982 and started to paint since kid.
I attended the institute of Art in Bratislava and had a painter as a techer for 15 years.

I like to represent the things around me; I love flowers and fruits too.
I feel my paintings and dream it before paint.
I express my self on canvas with oil.
Sometimes in some painting there is my voice and my thoughts.

Massimo Taccon (”ISMAHEL” his pseudonym from 1997 to 2002) was born in Rome on 19 May 1967. He finishes studies tecnico_commerciali and only a part of legal studies, because by now his demand of search and experimentation were bringing him toward other destinations.

He face themes in appearance among inside them but reality very near, like the yoga and the poetry, the feeding and then the search artistic and philosophical . These are the years of best maturation and introspection that will mark forever his soul and will address him fatally toward an approach to the reality of type more “intuitivo_-sperimentale” than “teorico-nozionistico”. These are years of social appointment and of teaching too. Publics, in two different moments (1990-1998), a harvest of lyrics and a book of his “inside investigations” from the title “Message from the Lucy” edit by Bookstore Croce Editions. The thread conductor of his life seems however be use of the intuition and of the creativeness more than the respect of the rigidity of the forms.

.” �my works are collected messages from the soul and transferred in image to represent an inside world. I pick up feelings and intuitions to reverse them to the exterior, trying to launch a call in this world, what I expect is a definitive inside awakening of whom picks up the call.”

In 2007 he creates, with Fabio Taccon (photographer, coordinator and art director ) � La Taccon arte � art studio & web gallery that attests, promotes and introduces the work of the versatile artist in beyond ten years of activity and every type of present and future artistic creation.His works (abstract paintings and modern sculptures in prevalence) are in the collections of museums, galleries, private and public collections, foundations, in Europe and Asia.

Within my work I explore themes of identity by challenging our conventional associations linked to gender. Tension is created by presenting familiar opposites: feminine with masculine, strong with fragile, industrial with organic. These contrasting signifiers simultaneously imply and withhold meaning, forcing a delay of interpretation by the viewer.

Formally, the paintings are an investigation of line, space, and form, depicting imaginary landscapes and constructed interiors. The compositions oscillate between simple and complex, offering order and chaos in varying measures. I use acrylic latex house paint applied with a roller, creating hard, clean edges masked with obsessive care. Images of machines are drawn in ink as thin intricate outlines and are placed within the domestic environment filled with patterns and botanicals. The patterns become interlaced with the intricacies of the machines, attempting to join or crossing over to interrupt the flow.

I am interested in how images act as clues and the visual diaries that one can create. By weaving a network of associations together, the fluidity and complexity of gender is emphasized, exposing the uncertainty of the cultural codes they represent.
